The Pro allowance covers ordinary research comfortably. If you are running outreach at agency scale, feeding an internal system, or need a higher cap on a schedule, tell us what you are doing and we will quote a plan that fits. We would rather raise your limit than have you buy several accounts.

Questions
How do credits work?
One credit unlocks one row of a list, and a row you unlock stays unlocked. Daily credits are spent first and reset at midnight UTC; they never carry over. Pro also gets 2,000 monthly credits every 30 days, and those roll over when you do not use them, up to 6,000. Credits belong to your whole account rather than to one network, and your balance is shown under every list and on your account page.
Why credits, and why is the export capped?
Because the data is the product. Unlimited access turns one subscription into a copy of the whole database, whether it is downloaded or read off the pages by a script. Credits give Pro a generous research budget without that, and the export allowance does the same for downloads.
Where does the data come from?
Every listing is detected from a site's own public ad configuration. See our methodology for exactly how, and what its limits are.
How does the export allowance work?
An export contains the rows you can see: the 60 open rows of a list plus the ones you have unlocked. The allowance is a pool for your whole account, not a limit on each network: 2,000 rows a month and 500 in any week. Both windows roll continuously instead of resetting on a fixed date, so allowance frees up as older exports age out. If you need more, ask us about Enterprise.
Can I use the data to build outreach lists?
Yes. Building your own prospect and outreach lists for your own use is expressly permitted. What you may not do is republish or resell the dataset, or rebuild this directory somewhere else. The terms set out the line, and the use cases page shows what this looks like in practice.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, as long as the account has used fewer than 200 credits and export rows. The terms have the detail.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for.
